Story of Mother's Hand Recipe


It started with a cookie (not the Internet kind…) five years ago when our founder Mirza,his mom’s homemade cookies got to thinking this new thing called the Internet would be a really cool place for cooks, to exchange favorite recipes.
Mirza created Mother's Hand Recipe blog as an experiment to see if others would respond to his idea. As it turns out, cooks had a huge appetite for sharing recipes; the site was an instant success. Over the next 5 years, Mirza and his crew rolled out more sites and social features allowing cooks of all types and interests to connect through recipes, reviews, ratings, photos, profiles, blog posts, personal collections, and more.
What started with a single cookie recipe has grown organically to become the world’s largest food-focused social network with a community of 85 million home cooks consuming 3 billion pages annually of food inspiration across our 19 sites serving 24 countries in 12 languages. Seekh Kabab Recipe Seekh kabaab Ingredients: 500 gms (Keema) 1 tsp Garlic (Lasun) paste  1 tblsp Raw Papaya Paste 3/4 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Ginger (Adrak) Paste 2 tblsp Cashewnut (Kaju)  2 tsp thick Cream (Malai)  2 Onion (Pyaj)  2 tsp Carom Seeds / (Ajwain)  Green Coriander (Dhaniya) 2 tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor)  2 tblsp Rock Salt (Kala Namak)  3 tblsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)  1 tblsp Dry Ginger (Saunth)  1 tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)  1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder(Jaiphal)   How to make seekh kabab: Kabab with Mint Chutney First Clean and Wash the keema and put in a strainer and gently press to wring out all the water.
